RIGO is a multi-column automated horizontal storage system featuring a lifting mechanism with mobile trays for intensive storage and rapid retrieval of lightweight goods and/or items of small to medium size in facilities not suitable for traditional vertical lift modules.
Its modular design ensures optimal use of available floor space, providing a high storage capacity and a fast, ergonomic, and safe solution for picking and replenishment operations.
What are the benefits of the RIGO horizontal storage system?
High storage density in low-footprint facilities
Better quality/storage capacity ratio
High versatility of application and operational flexibility
Unprecedented operational continuity and flexibility
Accurate identification, traceability, and security of stored materials
Improved ergonomics, safety, and comfort for operators

The RIGO horizontal storage system offers protection and safety features
Safety Barrier
A multi-beam immaterial barrier that allows the operator to work safely.
Automatic Closure Panel
A mobile, horizontally sliding protective panel present on each bay, ensuring operator safety during the lift operation within the machine. The safety barrier remains active during the automatic gate opening and closing phase.
Profile Control
Each bay is equipped with single beam photocells to monitor the height of the load positioned inside the drawer.
Add-on options available for RIGO

Each operator can perform their tasks simultaneously with other operators working on different pickup-deposit bays, without any waiting time.
This feature allows for remote management of multiple warehouses using a single device, thanks to centralized data on a single database.

An automatic system that transforms ICAM mobile drawer warehouses into an innovative solution for self-service material distribution and redelivery, operating 24/7.
- Selective Access
- 24/7 Self-Service Operation
- Integrated Flow Scanning for Restocking, Picking, and Redelivery

The simple integration of barcode readers for identification, picking, and confirming stored materials significantly increases accuracy and productivity.

Integrating piece counting scales near the picking and depositing bay allows monitoring of the quantity of items handled within drawers or boxes and/or containers.

The ability to interface with label printers provides a significant increase in accuracy.

The drawer weight control system, consisting of four weighing sensors integrated into the drawer support rails in the bay, ensures that the maximum allowed load inside the drawer is not exceeded.

The integration of the ESD protection system prevents electrostatic discharge when two bodies come into contact, avoiding damage.

The integration of badge readers allows monitoring and controlling operator access to protect the warehouse from unauthorized entry.

The integration of RFID badge readers allows access to the warehouse simply by placing the badge near the reader: the reading is done wirelessly.
