RIGO is a multi-column automated horizontal storage system featuring a lifting mechanism with mobile trays for intensive storage and rapid retrieval of lightweight goods and/or items of small to medium size in facilities not suitable for traditional vertical lift modules.
Its modular design ensures optimal use of available floor space, providing a high storage capacity and a fast, ergonomic, and safe solution for picking and replenishment operations.

Safety Barrier
A multi-beam immaterial barrier that allows the operator to work safely.
Automatic Closure Panel
A mobile, horizontally sliding protective panel present on each bay, ensuring operator safety during the lift operation within the machine. The safety barrier remains active during the automatic gate opening and closing phase.
Profile Control
Each bay is equipped with single beam photocells to monitor the height of the load positioned inside the drawer.

The drawer weight control system, consisting of four weighing sensors integrated into the drawer support rails in the bay, ensures that the maximum allowed load inside the drawer is not exceeded.
The integration of the ESD protection system prevents electrostatic discharge when two bodies come into contact, avoiding damage.
The integration of badge readers allows monitoring and controlling operator access to protect the warehouse from unauthorized entry.
