A FAMILY STORY
FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Welcome to our home! For over 35 years, we have been listening to our clients to carry out industrial storage projects of all sizes with them. Over the years, as trends and industries have changed, we’ve been able to adapt to the changing face of the warehousing and logistics industry, but we’ve always had the same goal in mind: the complete and total satisfaction of our customers.
Serge Key founded MSK Canada from his father’s home in Marieville. He was only 23 years old at the time.
MSK Canada purchases the building at 3001 Boulevard Industriel in Chambly. This location will also be the birthplace of Royal, which later becomes Metalia.
Kevin, Serge’s eldest son, joins the company. Over the years, Kevin will hold every position within the company.
MSK Canada integrates its first automated vertical lift module (VLM).
The beginning of a major strategic shift for MSK Canada, which is based, among other things, on automated storage systems. A team is formed to support this initiative.
To support its growth, MSK Canada moved its offices to Richelieu.
The growth continues. The first building is sold, and another is purchased at 7000 Boulevard Industriel, in Chambly.
The creation of Delta Prevention, which will become a Canadian leader in fall protection systems.
Serge hands over the presidency to his son Kevin. That same year, he completed a certificate in management at McGill University.
In November, the Delta Prevention division received a mention at the prestigious Prix Performance Québec.
A new brand image that will drive MSK towards its new strategic destination. The head office moves to a new, state-of-the-art location in Brossard.
