PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

- Comprehensive, multipoint, maintenance program
- To be done once per year, for every work shift
- Allows you to maintain the warranty on your equipment
- Must be performed by the MSK Canada team
The Preventive Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive, multi-point maintenance program designed exclusively for vertical storage systems. It covers the mechanical, electrical and IT aspects of both vertical lift modules or VLM or Vertical Carrousels. A preventative maintenance plan is required to maintain the limited warranty on your equipment.
How often should preventive maintenance be performed?
The frequency of use of the automated storage system defines the number of preventive maintenances to be carried out annually. The amount of maintenance required per year corresponds to the number of shifts per day. For example, a company using a VLM system for 3 shifts daily will have to perform 3 preventive maintenance each year.
Why perform preventive maintenance?
In addition to ensuring optimal functionality of your equipment, allowing you to detect premature wear of certain parts and minimizing your downtime, preventive maintenance ensures peace of mind for the life of your equipment. In addition, preventive maintenance is required in order to benefit from the limited warranty on your equipment.
Who can perform the preventive maintenance?
As the equipment manufacturer’s authorized distributor, only MSK Canada can perform preventive maintenance that will honour the warranty. The MSK Canada team is trained on the units they install and will therefore be perfectly equipped to keep your equipment in perfect working order.
